MongoDB & Tableau

Unlike Hadoop, MongoDB does not connect to Tableau automatically. You can use below to connect them togehter

  1. MongoDB Connector for BI: As of Version 2.1, MongoDB Connector for BI only support MongoDB Enterprise 3.2 and greater. It also ship with the MongoDB Enterprise Version.
  2. MongoDB ODBC and JDBC Driver with SQL Connector: This driver are built by Tableau. $199/machine or $999/server. The document is shipped with the zip file that you download. You might also find this document useful.
